I work on portfolio management for the organisation, in collaboration with the Development Director and a team of experienced creative catalysts and project managers.

Create Gloucestershire tests new contexts for arts, culture and creativity in Gloucestershire through its vast cross sector network.  As an innovator, the company has spearheaded new collaborations which are changing the cultural landscape in Gloucestershire to include those further away from publicly funded provision.  CG aims to shift broken systems that no longer serve those they were set up for improving, supporting and inspiring creative networks across the county to emerge and strengthen.
